    On January 15, China's first double-hearth gas cracking furnace with the largest capacity in China, the 300,000-ton/year ethylene cracking furnace of Zhongke Refining & Chemicals Steam Cracking Unit, was put into use, marking that my country's large ethylene independent innovation complete set of technology has once again increased.

    The cracking furnace adopts Sinopec's CBL technology.
    The furnace type is a CBL-R dual-radiation section and single-convection section structure.
    It is a patented technology independently developed by Sinopec.
    It uses propane, butane, liquefied gas, and naphtha as the main raw materials.
    A total of 48 regulating valves, 55 full-furnace mode interlocks, 84 sub-furnace mode interlocks, 32 equipment restriction interlocks, and related problem handling were all completed and debugged within 5 days before the cracking furnace started up, and the drying process was smoothly handed over.
    The furnace ensures that the furnace is successfully started at one time.
