    On September 2, 2021, " Communications Biology " magazine published an online publication of the technology jointly cooperated by the Protein Science Research Platform Bioimaging Center of the Institute of Biophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the "Imaging Center"), Aarhus University in Denmark, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.


    The analysis of the three-dimensional reconstruction technology of cell and tissue structure can better help researchers understand the relationship between structure and function


    Compared with the previous AutoCUTS-SEM technology, the AutoCUTS-LM developed in this research has greatly shortened the period of automatically collecting serial slices and image data, and the research cost has also been significantly reduced, making it easier to study larger-scale biological samples.
