    Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a gradual and complex neurodegenerative disease driven by multiple factors

    Regarding the study of the post-transcriptional regulation mechanism of AD pathology, another research work of the team was also published online recently in the internationally renowned journal Aging Cell, titled microRNA-425 loss mediates amyloid plaque microenvironment heterogeneity and promotes neurodegenerative pathologies


    The above-mentioned studies provide a scientific basis for in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of AD from the transcriptome level and the discovery of non-coding RNA as potential early identification markers for AD and target for disease modification treatment
