Research results
As of December 31, 2021, based on McDonald's (2017) diagnostic criteria and Guangzhou Medical Insurance's population inclusion criteria, the team identified a total of 143 MS patients (including 43 males and 100 females).
The study population ranged from 7 to 73 years, with a median age of 30 years and a female-to-male ratio of 2.
