The lithium battery separator plant invested by SK Innovation (SK Innovation) materials subsidiary SKie Technology (SKIET) in Changzhou, Jiangsu has officially put into mass production.

The lithium battery separator plant invested by SK Innovation (SK Innovation) materials subsidiary SKie Technology (SKIET) in Changzhou, Jiangsu has officially put into mass production.
The plant can produce 340 million square meters of lithium batteries each year .
The Changzhou plant is SKIET 's first overseas plant.
Together with the Zengping diaphragm plant in Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea, SKIET 's annual production capacity is expected to reach 870 million square meters.
In addition, by 2023 , SKIET 's diaphragm factories in China and Poland will be launched one after another.
It is planned to increase the production capacity to 1.
37 billion square meters by the end of 2021 and to 1.
87 billion square meters by the end of 2023 .
