China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) announced on the 29th that on November 29th, the Shenmu-Anping CBM Pipeline Project (Shen’an Pipeline for short), the Shanxi-Hebei section of the longest coal-bed methane pipeline in China, will be completed.
