According to the 2006 statistics of the American Coatings Industry Association, the spray rate of paint construction in the United States is 97%; Therefore, it can be estimated that the paint spray rate in the waterproof industry is very low. With the development of China's economy, all walks of life are improving their own technical level and grade, low-tech content, low-cost competition, although flooded with the current waterproof market, but definitely not the future direction of development. It is imperative to change the construction mode of waterproof coating, improve the construction efficiency and quality of waterproof coating, and catch up with the technical level of coating application in developed countries.
1.1 backward construction process caused construction defects and low-cost competition

1.3 Advantages of high-pressure airless spray construction

2 Taking JS waterproof coating as an example to analyze the enterprise benefits brought about by mechanized construction
2.1 JS waterproof coating construction equipment test selection

2.2 JS waterproof coating high-pressure airless spray construction in the actual project test

(4) manual builders are not high level of culture, the ability to accept new things, the need for organizers to provide guidance and supervision.
(5) professional training is very important, good equipment needs to be used and maintained correctly in order to achieve its full capacity.
