On September 25, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement, deciding to conduct anti-dumping investigations on imports of polyvinyl chloride originating in the United States from now on.

According to the announcement, the Ministry of Commerce received Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co.

The dumping investigation period determined in this investigation is from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, and the industrial damage investigation period is from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2019.

According to the announcement, the product under investigation is pure polyvinyl chloride powder, which mainly includes general-purpose polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinyl chloride resin with high degree of polymerization, and cross-linked polyvinyl chloride resin.
