In order to implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Ecological Environmental Protection and Resolutely Fighting Pollution Prevention and Control", the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Health and Health Commission, formulated the "List of Priority Control Chemicals (Second Batch)" , Is hereby announced.

For chemicals listed in the "List of Priority Controlled Chemicals (Second Batch)", environmental risk management and control measures shall be taken to the greatest extent possible in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, combined with economic and technical feasibility, and based on the main links that cause environmental and health risks.
