In order to timely, accurately and fully grasp the production safety accidents and the administrative law enforcement of production safety, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Statistical Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, the "Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", and the "Regulations on Reporting, Investigation and Handling of Production Safety Incidents" , Our Ministry has revised the original "Statistical Report System of Work Safety Accidents" and "Statistical System of Work Safety Administrative Law Enforcement", which have been approved by the National Bureau of Statistics.
