The announcement pointed out that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved 1,036 industry standards, including 198 in the chemical industry, 11 in the petrochemical industry, 116 in the ferrous metallurgy industry, 136 in the non-ferrous metal industry, 111 in the building materials industry, 4 in the rare earth industry, 2 in the gold industry, 133 in the machinery industry, 2 in the shipbuilding industry, 76 in the light industry, 2 in the textile industry, 3 in the military industry and civilian products industry, 111 in the electronics industry, and 131 in the communication industry

The announcement also pointed out that the "carbon dioxide transmission pipeline engineering design standard" and other 5 industry standard modification lists were approved, including 1 in the petrochemical industry and 4 in
the communication industry.
Approved 29 foreign language versions of industry standards such as "Technical Specifications for Electroplating Copper-containing Wastewater Treatment and Recycling", including 9 in the chemical industry, 3 in the ferrous metallurgy industry, 2 in the rare earth industry, 1 in the building materials industry, 1 in the light industry, 12 in the textile industry and 1 in the electronics industry
