In order to improve the green manufacturing system, fully implement green manufacturing, and help the industrial sector to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral goals, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Notice on Carrying out the 2021 Green Manufacturing List Recommendation Work".
The "Notice" requires that all units should follow the recommendation procedures of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the green manufacturing system construction notice, refer to the requirements of the first five batches of green manufacturing list recommendation work, organize local enterprises, parks, etc.
The "Notice" proposes that all regions must strictly control the recommended quality.
In terms of work requirements, the "Notice" clarified that the recommended green factories in each region should be benchmarked with the green manufacturing level indicators of existing green factories.
In terms of green industrial parks, the focus of construction is to focus on industrial parks above the provincial level with product manufacturing and energy supply as the main functions, industrial added value accounting for more than 50% , legal boundaries and scope, and unified management institutions.
All localities should select a number of industrial parks with a good industrial foundation, complete infrastructure, and high green level for declaration, and encourage pilot units of national low-carbon industrial parks to carry out the construction of green industrial parks.
There are no more than 3 green industrial parks recommended in each region .
