Food Partners Reuters July 23, 2021, Thailand's Public Health Ministry issued Notice No.
427, "foods containing marijuana or cannabis ingredients"
.
This regulation mainly interprets the food terms "Cannabis", "Hemp", "Tetrahydrocannabinol, THC", and "package" of cannabis or cannabis ingredients
.
It stipulates five categories of foods containing hemp or hemp ingredients that are prohibited from being produced, imported or sold.
The five categories of food are: (1) infant formula and infant formula growth food; (2) infant formula and infant formula Modified milk powder; (3) Supplementary foods for infants and young children; (4) Caffeine-containing beverages; (5) Other foods as required by the Minister
