The Montenegro-Italy submarine cable will be put into production by the end of this year

Italian power transmission system operator Terna plans to start commercial operations
of an undersea cable connecting Montenegro and Italy by the end of 2019, according to local media in Montenegro.

The commissioning of the Montenegrin-Italy submarine cable means the use of a new energy corridor in Europe, which connects the power systems of Italy, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Romania, making Montenegro one of
