According to Shi Jinwu, executive vice president of the China National Defense Industry Enterprise Association, the Civil-Military Integration Industry Alliance of China Defense Industry Enterprises is a national, non-profit industrial development consortium
formed by adhering to the tenet of "military-civilian integration, resource cohesion, collaborative innovation, and service industry" with the purpose of "military-civilian integration, resource cohesion, collaborative innovation, and service industry" as the leading principle.
According to reports, the alliance focuses on the field of military-civilian integration industry, and will establish five service platforms for military-to-civilian conversion and civilian participation in the military, technological innovation and achievement transformation, industrial promotion, financial services and international cooperation, conform to the national collaborative innovation, the "Belt and Road" strategy and the all-round open development pattern, realize the two-wheel drive of industry and capital, promote the benign interaction of two-way transfer of military-civilian resources of enterprises in the alliance, and provide an exchange and cooperation platform
for enterprises to invest abroad and expand foreign markets.
