Phosphogypsum is a solid waste in the production process of phosphate fertilizer.
Based on many years of fluidization theory and engineering application research, the team of Zhu Qingshan from the Institute of Process Engineering has made progress in the research on the regulation mechanism of phosphogypsum calcination reaction, the enhancement of heat and mass transfer process of the reaction, and the large-scale and multi-functional equipment.
The project expands the types and application scope of phosphogypsum comprehensive utilization products, effectively promotes low energy consumption, low cost, large-scale and industrialization of phosphogypsum resource utilization, and provides key technologies for green and low-carbon comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum in China Support and Industrial Demonstration
