Recently, the new hot-melt bottom sealing machine in the bag-making workshop was successfully commissioned.
??? This unit is a special equipment for hot-melt sealing of the bottom of the packaging bag with a paper-plastic composite bag.
It has the characteristics of double heating, shutdown of the line, octagonal knife automatic cutting, automatic separation of the parking heating plate, counting alarm, automatic bag collection device, etc.
It is the first-choice equipment for PVC and bulk powder packaging users.
During the commissioning and operation, the workshop installers ensured the safe, stable and reliable operation of the unit by understanding the equipment parameters in detail, standardizing operation, and strengthening inspection and maintenance.
???? It is reported that the original three bottom sealing units in the workshop have a long service life and high failure rate, resulting in a low production capacity of the workshop.
The monthly output is only about 900,000 pieces, which cannot meet the production needs of PVC packaging bags.
After investigation, consultation and research, the workshop decided to add a hot-melt bottom sealing machine to solve the problem of insufficient production capacity.
The new unit can produce 40-50 pieces per minute, with a daily output of 15,000 pieces.
With the original unit, the workshop production capacity will reach more than 1.
2 million pieces per month.
