Guo Wenfang further stated that the new "Regulations" stipulate that the agricultural and rural authorities shall establish credit files for the employees of designated pig slaughter plants, record the results of daily supervision and inspection, including the investigation and punishment of illegal acts, etc.
In addition, the new "Regulations" established a "blacklist" system, which stipulates that if a designated pig slaughter factory has its designated pig slaughter certificate revoked, its legal representative, person in charge, directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible persons shall be punished by themselves.
