    The new non-ferrous industry standard YS/T680-2016 "Powder Coatings for Aluminum Construction Profiles" has entered the publicity period recently, which stipulates the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, Quality assurance and purchase order (or contract) content.


    The standard stipulates that the purchaser should select the appropriate powder according to the purpose and use environment of the powder.


    According to the weather resistance of the film, the outdoor powder is divided into three grades: Class I powder, Class II powder and Class III powder.


    The standard makes the following provisions for the content of heavy metals in powder coatings

    The natural weather resistance of the powder film is implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9276, and the exposure angle and time should meet the requirements of the following table.
