In order to ensure the qualification of the construction team, the plant revised and improved the "Administrative Measures for Downhole Operation Teams", revised the "Implementation Rules for Evaluation of Well Control Management", "Special Emergency Plan for Blowout Emergencies in Oil and Water Wells", and "Interim Measures for Downhole Operation Quality Acceptance Management" System documents; in accordance with the principle of "who will be responsible for the introduction", review the qualifications, equipment, and personnel of all the workover teams introduced in the jurisdiction, and do a good job of source control, so that the team management is well-documented and well-documented.

In order to ensure the safety of on-site construction, the frequency of various well control inspections has been adjusted from quarterly inspections to monthly inspections and quarterly assessments.
