In recent years, the oil quality chemistry and nutrition innovation team focused on oil and fat and other food lipid nutrition and health, developed and established an advanced oil lipid group efficient analysis technology and analysis platform, has been widely used in oil resources exploration, lipid metabolism control, oil processing and utilization and nutrition evaluation and other fields, in order to promote China's oil and grease industry quality efficiency and transformation and upgrading, improve oil quality, ensure consumer safety provides a key technical support.
