The Measures state that pension institutions and practitioners who defraud the property of the elderly, such as illegal fund-raising or fraudulent sales of "health care" products, will be included in the list of joint disciplinary targets for the loss of trust in the old-age service market. The Measures will come into effect on June 1 next year.The Measures clearly include the list of joint disciplinary objects for breach of trust in the old-age service market, including: activities beyond the purpose and scope of business stipulated in the articles of association; infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly due to acts of old-age services; existence of major fire hazards, undue delay, overdue change; If it is illegal to defraud the government of subsidized funds by means of false claim, refuses to accept or fail to accept supervision and inspection in accordance with the provisions, or conceals the true situation or cheats when accepting supervision and inspection, it does not report annual work reports in accordance with the provisions, fulfills its obligation to disclose information, or other serious violations of the relevant provisions on the management of old-age services. In addition, old-age service institutions and practitioners who have been found by the people's courts to be unreliable and executed shall also be included in the list of joint disciplinary objects.
