    The first coating process in the fluorocarbon paint coating system of the thermal insulation integrated board is: roller coating penetrating primer


    Main ingredients:

    Epoxy penetration: It is a two-component penetration that reacts with a curing agent and cross-links to form a film.


    UV penetration: It is a single-component penetration, cured by ultraviolet light to form a film, mainly composed of acrylic ester resin, reactive diluent, auxiliary agent, and photoinitiator


    Aqueous permeation: It is a single-component permeation.


    Performance testing:

    Permeable primer as a supporting product of the fluorocarbon paint coating system, there is no clear national standard for its performance index parameters.


    ①Hundred-grid adhesion of the overall coating (5mm): After the penetration and drying is complete, roll coating UV putty, acrylic polyurethane intermediate coating, and fluorocarbon topcoat, and test the 100-grid adhesion after it is completely dried


    ②Boiled water for the whole coating for 2h: roll coating UV putty, acrylic polyurethane intermediate coating, fluorocarbon topcoat after the penetration and drying is complete, and boil the water for 2h after complete drying, and observe whether the coating is blistering, peeling, powdering, etc.


    ③The overall coating is resistant to humidity, cold and heat cycles for 5 times: roll coating UV putty, acrylic polyurethane intermediate coating, fluorocarbon topcoat after the penetration and drying is complete, after complete drying, soak in water at 25°C for 18h, freeze at 20°C for 3h, and bake at 50°C 3h is a cycle, a total of 5 cycles, observe whether the coating has blistering, shedding, powdering and other phenomena
