[Preparation method] The preparation method of ethyl allicin takes sodium sulfide, sulfur, and ethyl chloride as the main raw materials, glacial acetic acid as the acidifying agent, and nitric acid as the oxidizing agent, which has no dissolution effect

Disodium disulfide reacts with ethyl chloride to produce diethyl disulfide.
The sodium sulfide aqueous solution and sulfur powder are reacted at 80-100°C to form a disodium disulfide solution, and ethyl chloride is introduced at 50-60°C
