The relocation completion rate of 1,129 chemical companies across the country reached 96.66%

On June 3 , the reporter learned from the 2021 China Chemical Industry Park and Industrial Development Forum that as of the end of May this year , of the 1,168 chemical companies that need to be relocated and transformed, 1,129 have completed the relocation, with a completion rate of 96.

On June 3 , the reporter learned from the 2021 China Chemical Industry Park and Industrial Development Forum that as of the end of May this year , of the 1,168 chemical companies that need to be relocated and transformed, 1,129 have completed the relocation, with a completion rate of 96.

Yu Wei, deputy director of the Department of Raw Materials of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated at the forum that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Department of Raw Materials will continue to promote the relocation and transformation of hazardous chemical production enterprises in densely populated urban areas, the standardized construction of chemical parks, and the digital transformation of the petrochemical and chemical industry.

Li Shousheng, president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, said at the forum that the standardization level of chemical parks has rapidly increased during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period

According to the survey data of the Chemical Industry Park Working Committee of the Petrochemical Federation, as of now, there are 616 key chemical parks or industrial parks with petroleum and chemical industries as the leading industries in the country

It is understood that the current output value of super-large and large parks has accounted for more than half of the total output value of chemical parks, and the scale benefits are very significant
