The research results of Prof. Ping Jianfeng and Prof. Ying Yibin's team (IBE) are published online in Nature Food

On January 13, the team of Professor Ping Jianfeng and Ying Yibin (IBE) from the School of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, together with the Beijing Institute of Nano-Energy and Systems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States collaborated in the Nature sub-journal (Nature Food).
