    The research team of Professor Zeng Liang from the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Special Foods jointly built by Sichuan and Chongqing has made important progress in the research on the mechanism of Pu'er tea improving circadian rhythm disorde.


    Tryptophan metabolism has potential in neurodegenerative, metabolic and autoimmune diseases, and tryptophan metabolites also have a circadian rhyt.


    The present study shows that CRD is not only caused by disease, but also poses a threat to healthy mice, including disturbance of glucose and lipid metabolism, intestinal oxidative stress and inflammation, circadian rhythm instability, and even increased risk of fatty liver and depressi.
