The sale of a stake in Harmony Hospital by Fosun Pharma's subsidiary has been completed

, Fosun Pharma announced that its controlling subsidiary Fosun Industrial (Hong Kong) Limited ("Fosun Industrial") intends to transfer all Ofthy Harmony Holdings held by NF Unicorn Property L.P. ("NF"), L.P. ("HHH"), whose main assets are the limited partnership interests of Harmony Hospitals and Clinics) and shares in Healthy Harmony GP, Inc. ("Healthy Harmony GP"), a managing partner of HHH.



Of the approximately $523.15 million in the transfer, approximately $429.15 million will be paid by NF in cash and the remaining $94 million will be used by Fosun Industries to subscribe for the additional 9.4 million shares issued by New Frontier Corporation, the controlling shareholder of NF, a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange.The announcement indicates that, in view of the fact that the preconditions for delivery of this transaction have been met, the transaction was completed on December 18, 2019 (US Eastern Time, same as between 2019). After delivery, Fosun Pharma Holdings holding 9.4 million shares of NFC (approximately 7.04% of the total number of enlarged shares of NFC as of December 18, 2019) and no longer directly holding a limited partnership interest in HHH and a stake in Healthy Harmony GP.
