Based on the actual situation of shale gas horizontal wells, the researchers have extensively carried out the standardized research on the geological design of drilling in shale gas horizontal wells, compiled technical specifications, and put forward the geological design content and technical requirements
of shale gas horizontal wells.
The standard absorbs and screens the opinions and suggestions of more than 30 companies under Sinopec, PetroChina and CNOOC and dozens of experts from the General Institute, and its formulation process, format and content conform to the standard structure and writing regulations, which has important guiding significance
for the geological design of shale gas horizontal well drilling.
