On the 21st, China Quality Certification Center (CQC) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Taiwan Electronic Inspection Center (ETC), and signed a letter of
intent for photovoltaic product certification cooperation with Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI).

The cooperation content of the working group mainly includes: communicating cross-strait certification and accreditation standards and procedures, jointly promoting the establishment and implementation of cross-strait certification and accreditation systems in new fields, and promoting mutual trust
in cross-strait certification and accreditation results.
According to the content of the cooperation agreement, relevant technical institutions on both sides of the strait will cooperate in the fields of testing and certification of electronic components and photovoltaic products, the formulation of common technical standards, and the construction of public service platforms, and the mainland side will gradually recognize the relevant testing and certification results of Taiwan partners, so as to reduce the cost
of Taiwan enterprises entering the mainland market.
