recently, a team of professors at Huahua Agricultural University, Shen Jinxiong, Li Sheng and Li Guoliang, published a research paper in Molecular Plants. The study constructed by far the largest data set related to the osteogenetics of kale-type rape, mapped its oscic genetic reference genome, explained the ethongenetic basis of the imbalance between the subgenomes of kale-type rape, and identified a new two-price chromatin state (H3K4me1-H3K27me3) in plants, providing important resources for the study of the metagenetics of kale-type rape and other polyhedrome plants.
the study used two parents of the "China Oil Hybrid 62" widely grown in China and neighboring countries as experimental materials, using five histoprotein modifications (H3K4me3, H3K27ac, H3K4me1, H3K27me3 and H3) from four of their tissues (young leaves, roots, buds and horned fruits). K9me2) and RNAPII's ChIP-Seq data, as well as corresponding RNA-Seq and DNA methylation data, built by far the largest epigenetic data set in kale-type rape, and on this basis, a comprehensive and systematic mapping of the kale-type rape epigenome, annotated a functional DNA component covering 65.8% of its genome. The study is an important first step as part of the kale rape ENCODE program.
The researchers systematically analyzed the expression bias of the omogenous gene pairs between the two subgenomes, An and Cn, and found that the expression bias between the subgenomes was balanced, and the olithodox genes with higher expression levels had higher active-related oscic genetic modification. However, the overall expression and metagenetic activity levels of An subgene-based genes are much higher than that of cn subgengene, and it is speculated that sub-genome-based genes are one of the important reasons for the imbalance between kale-type rape subgenomics.
researchers defined 15 chromatin states in the kale-type rape esographic genome map and observed that the active chromatin states in the An subgenome had higher genomic coverage than the CN subgenome, while the genomic coverage of the isochromagraphic states in the Cn subgenome was higher than the An subgenome. In addition, a new type of H3K4me1-H3K27me3 dlore chromatin state was identified by the ChIP-reChIP experiment. The chromatin state is common on the gene ontogene, and is related to the tissue-specific expression of kale-type rape gene, which plays an important role in its growth and development. But its specific biological function needs further study.
The study provides a comprehensive overview of the spectral genomic map of kale-type rape, the unbalanced oscic genetic basis between an and Cn subgenomes, the osteogeneological differences between different types of repetitive genes, and the important role of newly identified disecursive chromatin states in the expression of licorte-type rape gene tissue specificity. These data provide an important resource for the comprehensive analysis of the genome of heterogeneity chamomy rape. (Source: Wang Fang, China Science Journal)
