Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the revised Measures for the Administration of National Standards (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), which will be officially implemented
on March 1, 2023.
In order to implement the requirements of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Standardization Law), the National Standardization Development Outline and the Reform Plan for Deepening Standardization Work of the State Council, and standardize the formulation, implementation and supervision of national standards, the State Administration for Market Supervision organized the revision
of the original Measures.
After the promulgation and implementation of the "Measures", a more effective working mechanism and practice will be formed in terms of national standard management, implementation and promotion, etc.
