The State Council today officially issued the Measures for the Administration of Investment in Basic Pension Funds, which are clear: the proportion of pension investment stocks, stock funds, hybrid funds and stock-based pension products shall not be higher than 30% of the net asset value of pension funds;
pension funds called by the Measures include enterprise workers, staff of institutions and institutions, and pension funds for urban and rural residents. Measures clearly state that pension fund investment should adhere to the principles of marketization, diversification and specialization to ensure the safety of assets and achieve value preservation and appreciation.

The scope of investment includes: bank deposits, central bank bills, interbank deposit slips, government bonds, policy, development bank bonds, financial bonds with credit ratings above the investment level, corporate (company) bonds, local government bonds, convertible bonds (including convertible bonds for separate transactions), short-term financing bills, medium-term notes, asset-backed securities, bond repurchases; pension products, listed securities investment funds, stocks, equity, stock index futures, government bond futures.
