In the national cosmetics supervision and sampling work, by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Inspection Institute and other units of inspection, marked as Guangzhou Hongxinlong Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and other production of Red Xinlong hair dyeing cream (yellow) and other 40 batches of hair dyeing products, Guangdong Royal Shen Health Consulting Management Co., Ltd. production of Xianburg edge isolated sunscreen and other 2 Batch sunscreen products, Guangzhou Yandu Biotech Co. , Ltd. production of Yajiashan tea oil baby nourishment cream 1 batch of infant skin care products, Guangzhou Chi-Clean Cosmetics Co. , Ltd. production of sweet-faced water-replenishing double-run silk mask and other 2 batches of mask products are not qualified.
the above-mentioned non-conforming products related enterprises in violation of the Cosmetic Health Supervision Regulations and other relevant regulations.
The State Drug Administration requires the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration to verify and promptly urge the relevant production enterprises to take timely recall and other measures against the relevant products that have been listed for sale, to file a case for investigation and to deal with them seriously in accordance with the law;
requires the provincial drug regulatory departments to disclose the results of the treatment of the relevant enterprises or units within 3 months from the date of publication of the circular, and to fill in the national cosmetics sampling information system in a timely manner.
