Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Anhui Province announced the planned establishment of major special science and technology projects in Anhui Province in 2021, and the development of key technologies and equipment for straw pyrolysis, gasification and combustion as well as engineering demonstration projects declared by Anhui Xiangyang New Energy Development Co.

The project was jointly developed by Anhui Xiangyang New Energy Company and Hefei University of Technology.
It aims to upgrade the key technology of straw gasification, develop new straw gasification equipment, accelerate the improvement of the level of straw energy utilization, and achieve cleaner straw biomass resources in Anhui Province , Large-scale industrial applications

After the completion of the project, Xiangyang New Energy Company will add a steam thermal energy production line with an annual output of more than 100,000 tons, realizing new sales income of about 22 million yuan and profits and taxes of 4.
