honey, artichoke honey and eucalyptus honey in the iconic ingredients and its application in the authenticity evaluation, for further development of honey quality evaluation, provides a new idea and scientific basis.
The team found that methyl lilacate, seduction bean acid and lindenin could be used as iconic ingredients for rapeseed, artichoke and eucalyptus honey, respectively, through techniques such as liquid, temperamental and mron molten nectar. Among them, isopropanol-cycloethylene-1-carpenic acid, because it is only present in eucalyptus honey, is named eucalyptus. Through the nationwide collection and analysis of rapeseed honey, artichoke honey and eucalyptus honey raw material honey samples, respectively, established an efficient liquid chromatography fingerprint map. Combined with the target markers and non-targeted fingerprint map, three evaluation methods of the authenticity of single-flower honey are proposed.
