According to the "Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Trial Implementation of the Exclusion of Products Subject to Tariffs on the United States and Canada" (Tax Commission Announcement [2019] No.
2), with the approval of the State Council, the Tariff Commission of the State Council announced on the 11th the first batch of products subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada.
For the first exclusion list, the first batch of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada will be excluded for the first time, and it will be implemented on September 17, 2019.
Among them, the products listed in List 1 will no longer be levied on the tariffs imposed by me to counter the US 301 measures from September 17, 2019 to September 16, 2020.
For the refund of the taxes that have been levied, the relevant importing enterprises shall apply to the Customs in accordance with regulations within 6 months from the date of publication of the exclusion list.
For the products listed in List II, from September 17, 2019 to September 16, 2020, the tariffs imposed by me to counter the U.

301 measures will no longer be imposed, and the tariffs that have been imposed will not be refunded.
