    The food safety testing research group led by Professor Wu Yuangen from the School of Brewing and Food Engineering of Guizhou University recently used the peroxidase mimic enzyme activity of porous Co 3 O 4 nanosheets to prepare a new type of ratio for the rapid detection of glyphosate pesticide residues.



    Compared with protein-based natural enzymes, nano-enzymes are chemically inorganic or metallic in nature, and have many advantages such as simple preparation, low cost, and stable catalytic performance.
