Description of the general route of the process
This project uses naphtha and ethane as raw materials to crack and produce ethylene and propylene, mixed C4, cracked gasoline, cracked fuel oil, crude hydrogen and fuel gas methane hydrogen and other products for downstream production or export
Raw materials naphtha and ethane are purchased from the market, partially cracked gasoline and mixed C4 are provided by the ethylene phase I device, and raw materials such as methanol, propionaldehyde, peroxides and various additives are purchased
from the market.
Polymer grade ethylene is used as raw material for downstream POE devices and LDPE devices, and the rest is supplied to the park
A small amount of polymeric grade propylene is used as raw material for the LDPE device, and the rest is used
in the park.
After the crude hydrogen produced by-product is purified by the PSA hydrogen extraction unit, it is partially used by the 550,000 tons/year cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit and THE POE device, and the rest is sent to the hydrogen pipeline network
of the whole plant.
The by-product fuel gas methane hydrogen is used by the ethylene cracker for its own use, and the insufficient part is provided by the fuel gas pipeline network of
The mixed C4 produced by the project's ethylene plant is used as raw material
for the 200,000 tons/year butadiene plant, together with the mixed C4 produced by the phase I ethylene.
The cracked gasoline produced by the ethylene unit of this project is used as the raw material
for the 550,000 tons/year cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit together with the cracked gasoline produced by the first phase of ethylene.
The hydrogenated gasoline (C6~C8 fractions) produced by the cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit is used as a raw material
for the downstream aromatic hydrocarbon extraction unit.
