Recently, the scientific and technological achievements of the "Series of Patents for High-temperature Thermal Conversion Gasification of Coal and Hazardous Wastes" developed by the State Key Laboratory of Coal Efficient Utilization and Green Chemical Engineering jointly established by the provincial and ministerial departments of Ningxia University are transferred with the patent rights and patent application rights.

The scientific research achievements transformed this time integrate technologies such as coal gasification, organic waste gasification and high temperature thermal conversion of organic miscellaneous salts, which can transform the huge amount of organic waste produced in key industries such as coal chemical industry, fine chemical industry, pesticide and medicine in Ningxia into Syngas, green hydrogen and other products

The laboratory is a state-level key laboratory approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2017 to rely on Ningxia University
