According to the company, the satellites for the GX system are all made by Boeing, and the planned third satellite launch will take place on August 28, still carried out by the Proton launch vehicle, and the launch site is located at the Baikonur launch site

The first two satellites of the GX system are currently in orbit, but achieving global coverage requires three satellites to be in orbit simultaneously, and thanks to the satellites equipped with more advanced equipment, this network can provide high-speed mobile communication services
to users on a global scale.
Rupert Pearce, CEO of Inmarsat, said that once operational, the project will not only provide efficient communication services for public and private sector institutions, but also enable remote areas that lack basic communication facilities to use broadband communications

If the third networked satellite is successfully launched, Inmarsat expects to begin providing satellite communications services
in the Global Wireless Broadband Network by the end of 2015 at the earliest.
