The visual magnetic flap sheath of Jidong Oilfield has passed practical verification

Recently, Jidong Oilfield Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation Company successfully completed the field test application analysis of the visual magnetic flap sheath device, and it is estimated that the annual maintenance cost of the company will be saved about 55,000 yuan
after use.

It is understood that the device obtained the national utility model patent in April this year, and through several months of practical proof, it can effectively solve the problems of frozen crack and rust of the gate valve of
the outer floating roof crude oil storage tank.

The device is fixed on the gate valve of the crude oil storage tank of the plant station, the operator opens and closes the valve, the shield can follow the lead screw up and down movement, and the magnetic flap inside the shield is flipped into red and white two colors, showing the real-time opening and closing degree of the valve, which is convenient and practical to effectively improve the efficiency of employees while reducing the daily maintenance cost
of the crude oil storage tank gate valve.
