He pointed out that there is still a large surplus of gasoline and diesel in the Middle East, with an annual surplus of 26 million tons of gasoline and 25 million tons of middle distillate.
On the other hand, the gap of middle distillate oil in Europe reaches 2 million tons/year; the gap of middle distillate oil in the Asia-Pacific region reaches 20 million tons/year, and the gap of gasoline is about 2 million tons/year.
