In order to carry out the special action of "keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers, and ensuring safety" in food safety, and effectively preventing and resolving potential food safety risks , from March 21 to April 20, the Xianyang Market Supervision Bureau took measures to listen to reports, look at the scene, and check information.
In this way, the supervision and inspection of the special rectification work of starch products , instant food and pickled vegetables in the city shall be carried out .

The supervision team went to 7 counties and cities to inspect 16 food production enterprises of vermicelli, instant noodles, and pickled vegetables in the city, mainly inspecting key links such as raw material control, production hygiene control, additive use, and product labeling.
More 1 vermicelli production enterprise and 2 pickled vegetables production enterprises were ordered to immediately stop production for rectification, and handed over to the county and district bureau for handling
.
