On September 15, it was learned from the press conference held in the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone that the "Several Policies and Measures on Further Supporting the High-quality Development of the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone" jointly issued by Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces and One City was officially announced, mainly focusing on 10 aspects such as scientific and technological innovation, green and low-carbon, industrial collaboration, and talent flow, aiming to further build a carbon inclusive system
in the Yangtze River Delta region with "joint construction of rules and unified standards".
Hua Yuan, secretary general of the board of directors and director of the executive committee of the demonstration zone, said that this policy is not only highly consistent with the positioning of the ecological green of the demonstration area, but more importantly, it will lead the area with points and gradually expand the scope of joint construction, and finally create a carbon inclusive system
in the Yangtze River Delta region with "co-construction of rules and unified standards".
It is understood that this is the second batch of support policies issued by Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and one city to the demonstration zone, paying more attention to the first trial of policy measures, the introduction of resources, the guarantee of mechanisms and the unification of
standards.
Promote the joint construction of the Yangtze River Delta carbon inclusive mechanism in the demonstration area, select some projects and fields with good statistical foundation and strong data availability to carry out pilot demonstrations first, promote the joint construction of carbon inclusive rules, mutual recognition of standards, information sharing, and project mutual recognition, and jointly build a carbon inclusive trading platform
in the Yangtze River Delta with the help of the existing infrastructure of the Shanghai Environmental and Energy Exchange.
