The Yangtze River Delta region pilot off-site medical treatment direct settlement

Recently, the Yangtze River Delta region off-site outpatient expenses direct settlement pilot started, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian Province, a city of human resources and social security department (bureau) in Shanghai signed a pilot cooperation agreement. By the cooperation of three provinces and one city, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, Zhangzhou City, Anhui Province and other eight co-ordination areas and Shanghai has become the Yangtze River Delta region of the first direct settlement of outpatient expenses pilot, Shanghai long-term residence in the field, work of the insured personnel, in the above-mentioned areas of the pilot hospital outpatient treatment, can be directly swiped in accordance with the provisions of the settlement.
At the same time, the insured personnel in the eight pilot areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province may also, in accordance with local regulations and after filing, enjoy the direct settlement of out-of-site outpatient expenses in 15 third-level hospitals in Shanghai and some community health service centers in Jinshan and Songjiang districts. According to the Shanghai Municipal People's Social Bureau, when Shanghai insured persons apply for direct settlement of off-site medical clinics in the Yangtze River Delta region, the filing principles and reimbursement treatment are consistent with the direct settlement rules for hospitalization in different places of the state. In order to protect the rights and interests of the insured personnel, the original reimbursement channels are retained for the direct settlement of unsuccessful expenses during the pilot period.
In addition to carrying out supervision and cooperation on direct settlement services for medical insurance off-site medical treatment, three provinces and one city will also promote social security connectivity in such areas as doing a good job in the certification of the qualification of old-age insurance treatment, promoting the Yangtze River Delta industrial injury identification and labor capacity appraisal cooperation, and doing a good job in the transfer and continuity of social insurance relations.
