ThermoFisher plans to use the net proceeds from the issuance to pay part of the cash consideration payable for the acquisition of PPD in Delaware
The joint bookrunners for this issuance are Barclays Capital Inc.
The issuance is based on the valid registration statement on the S-3 form filed with the U.
