The WHO issued a communiqu on the same day that the three drugs were selected by an independent panel of experts and believed that they have the potential to reduce the risk of death in hospitalized patients with the new crown

In March 2020, the World Health Organization launched the "Solidarity Test" project, which aims to find effective new crown treatments as soon as possible by comparing the safety and effectiveness of different drugs or drug combinations

The new phase of the "Unity Test" project was named "Unity Test+", involving more than 600 hospitals from 52 countries and regions
