On July 12, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration approved a total of 312 national standards, including 3 related standards for power batteries for electric vehicles, namely GB/T 34013-2017 "Product Specifications and Dimensions of Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles", GB/T 34014-2017 "Coding Rules for Automobile Power Batteries", and GB/T 34015-2017 "Residual Energy Testing for Recycling and Utilization of Vehicle Power Batteries"
.
It is reported that these three standards will be implemented
from February 1, 2018.
It is understood that the release of three national standards for power batteries makes power battery product specifications, coding rules and recycling residual energy detection have standards to follow, which is of great significance to the standardized development of the power battery industry and will have an impact
on power battery companies and even the new energy vehicle industry.
