Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Commission No. 24 Food Safety Supervision Sampling Inspection Information in 2021

　　In accordance with the " Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and " Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures", the relevant information of the food safety supervision and sampling inspection carried out by our committee is now announced as follows:

 

　　The surveillance sampling information involves 3 categories of food, including: dairy products , condiments and catering food, a total of 125 batches, of which 123 batches are qualified and 2 batches are unqualified.

For the unqualified samples found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the Commission has requested the relevant district market supervision administrations and law enforcement agencies to promptly investigate and deal with unqualified foods and their producers and operators in accordance with the law, and further urge enterprises to fulfill their main responsibility for food safety, and take practical measures to remove them from the shelves.
